The Servicemen's Readjustment Act also known as the GI Bill of Rights created the VA Loan back in 1944. President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed the GI Bill into law by and granted veterans with a federally guaranteed home with zero down payment. This loan created to give housing and assistance for our deserving veterans and their families, to allow them to experiance the dream of home ownership.
